To obtain a Maximum Occupancy Load certificate, Fairfax County requires floor and seating plans with signatures and stamps. See: http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/dpwes/construction/occupant_load.htm for details. Our space is roughly 2400 sq ft and includes a meeting room, small office, two bathrooms, and a small kitchen. We have volunteers to help, but lack experience, and would like to do what we can to minimize the cost of this task. Thank you.
