Comment: The ceiling needs replacing as the plaster is cracking and falling down. The tub will be replaced with a walk in shower. The counter top/sink will be replaced as well.

Comment: We bought this home 3 years ago this summer. It is a manufactured home. With additions to first floor off kitchen. A dining room, down stairway to right of dining room, and a an entry room to left of dining room, that connects to a nice 4 car attached garage. I want to add a 4 season room, with a small swimming pool with built in currents for getting a good workout. My husband likes the idea of a Jacuzzi, which could be incorporated in the bath refurbish. We would like to add a small bathroom with shower for guest in the basement. And the addition would be a 2 story. There is a gas fireplace made with field stones, a wall with sliding glass door entrance on cement floor outside. Facing East for great morning sunrise. Up[stairs, 2 bedrooms separated by 1 wall. 4-season room would extend from upstairs bedrooms. with door entry, and open stair to downstairs with extra bathroom. And maybe a greenhouse.
