Comment: Our tile at tub level shows signs of leaking, and all of the plumbing is leaking (spraying all over is more like it). If we can save the tiling and just seal the tub area, that would be good. However, if there is an chance that there is mold behind the tub area, I would like it all pulled and the proper wall products used. All of the pluming and fixtures we would like to replace. (plumbing has access though an area in the basement.
