Comment: We are looking to find out if our foundation is stable following years of flooding. We repaired one section of the foundation when it collapsed in August 2008. We now notice a section in our front is sinking, but appears not to be part of the original mason work -- could be a skirt over an old addition to a porch that is now part of the main house.

Comment: We recently acquired a one story ranch style dwelling with a foot print measuring 50' by 28' located on Great East Lake in Wakefield, N.H. We want to totally gut the first floor and redesign it annding a second floor addition. When finished we plan to have a 3 B/R, 3 Bath home wioth a finished living area totaling approximately 2,500 s.f. We need someone to prepare "as built" drawings, develop a design schematic, and prepare complete costruction drawings w/ specifications.
