Comment: We have a 2036 sq ft territorial on an acre we are interested in improved hard-scaping, additional out building/casita. We have a swimming pool in the backyard but it doesn't tie in with the house. Were looking to create a central- courtyard like/Spanish Casual atmosphere that flows and fits in with the natural surroundings. Because of the way our lot sits we don't know what kind of options we have. we are looking for an architect to give us ideas so we can actually budget for a project.
