Comment: I am a landlord who owns several lower income houses in Riviera Beach, Pompano and Deerfield. We have a handyman that we use as needed for general repairs like fixing a window or a drain, but also fixes our A/C units if they have issues or need cleaning and can check water leaks, etc. He is very good at doing things at a minimal cost. Whereas some people quoted an entire new A/C system, he was able to simply clean it out and saved us thousands of dollars. We are looking for someone with experience in the rental market and keeping costs down. He is just unreliable with appointments and we just need someone reliable. If you feel you meet this requirements, please let me know.
