Comment: We are hoping to get into a new house. We are looking to purchase one that is 50= yrs old. The wiring is grandfathered to code, but not grounded-I want it grounded. The outlets are mostly 2 prong but some 3 prong and i'm thinking the 3 prong are not really grounded, though I'll know more when we get it inspected. The basement is partly roughed in and I want those outlets replced also. Bathroom exhaust fans are original to house and I want those replaced (2). If I need to add power I'm thinking I'll need a new main junction box. Thanks-Jim
