Comment: We just purchased a remodeled 900 SQ FT in West Seattle. It was originally built in 1938, the home inspection we recieved flagged a couple of issues with the plumping. The plumbing is accessible through a crawlspace below the house and the home inspection is available upon request. We are interested in upgrading the existing plumbing to meet code and most energy efficiency type of piping. The current water pressure can be low at times and we would also be interested in addressing this as well.
