Comment: Entrance to the Oral Hull Foundation for the Blind in Sandy Oregon. The landscape has never been updated since the 1980's. We would like to have the written estimate as soon as possible to present to the Board for approval. Ideally would like to have this completed by June. Basic idea is to redo the entrance with some type of monument to thank all the people who donated. Around this area, would have information both in text and in braille , new fencing and a new sign for the foundation.
