Comment: we need to replace a monstrosity of a hot water system. it's something like a heat pump. like reverse aair conditioning. cycles ambient heat from the house, etc. Built with the house in 1985. maybe replace with a 60 gal. the house has 2 baths, washing machine and dishwasher. with 3 adults using the hot water dailly. We need something large enough so that the shower is not affected when someonr else uses water somewhere else in the house. you can contact me by phone or email. thanks for your time.
