Comment: Front Door Rot Iron & Screen Door - One hinge needs to be welded. Door alignment has never been correct. Will probably have to be removed, Repaired and Replaced. Kwikset locks have gone bad due to stress in closing this door. Second exterior Door - Sliding Glass Double pain door has bad roller or track - gets off track often.
