Comment: I'm actually starting from scratch with this bathroom. There is a long, narrow room where this would go. I'm not sure about plumbing--electrical is already in the room.

Comment: I have a small (read that "tiny" upstairs bathroom. It appears to have been remodeled since the house was built (1938) but the fixtures are older and worn. There is a water issue, as well - there is a window above the tub, and water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom below. We are unsure of where the water is coming from. The thought at this point is to replace the tub with a step-in shower, locating the source of the water damage, and repairing the plumbing or window, as needed.

Comment: estimate for bathroom remodeling including a new jetta tub, and new flooring replace the linoleum flooring with ceramic tile, will consider a new vanity as well.
