Comment: Need to have exterior door stained and sealed. Door is solid Fir and brand new. My father attempted to apply sanding sealer to the unstained door as a Christmas gift but got in over his head. Desired color is same as existing door.

Comment: 4500 square foot project. I need the entire interior painted. Bedrooms will all have different paint (4 bedrooms). Open foyer house with high ceiling. Will need more than a 50 ft ladder for this job. I need paint done in a week, so I can get all new carpet the following week. My wife will give the details of what needs to be done. Cheapest estimate I got so for was 6K. Beat that!!!!!!
