Comment: EXTERIOR SURFACE: SURFACE 2 PROB: WOOD. DAMAGED WOOD SIDING WAS OBSERVED AT THE REAR NEAR THE AC UNIT. SOLU: PROPERLY REPLACE THE DAMAGED SECTIONS OF SIDING. EXTERIOR SURFACE: TRIM PROB: 1. DETERIORATED TRIM FEATURE IS PRESENT AT THE LEFT SIDE FASCIA (ABOVE THE BASEMENT DOOR). PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ASSESSOR WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE IF MOISTURE IS ENTERING DUE TO THE PRESENCE OF FINISHED INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR MATERIALS. 2. DAMAGED SECTIONS OF TRIM ARE PRESENT AT THE DECK. SOLU: 1. PROPERLY REPLACE THE DETERIORATED SECTIONS OF TRIM. EVALUATE THE AREAS AT/BELOW THE TRIM FEATURE AT THE TIME OF REPAIRS AND MAKE ANY NECESSARY CORRECTIONS THEREAFTER. 2. PROPERLY REPLACE THE DAMAGED TRIM. CONTACT A QUALIFIED CONTRACTOR FOR REPAIR SOLUTION AND COST. EXTERIOR SURFACE: FASCIA PROB: DETERIORATED FASCIA IS PRESENT AT THE LEFT SIDE (ABOVE THE BASEMENT DOOR) AND AT THE REAR LEFT DORMER.
