Comment: At a minimum I will be performing a low~mid budget kitchen remodel (this is a town-home/zero lot line home with a second attached dwelling on one side - a high-end kitchen in a 30 year old home of this type would be a waste). At the "maximum" side of things I could see the following: * Kitchen remodel. * Replacing / extending of an existing beam to cover a larger distance to aid/allow the removal of 1 interior wall (this would allow for a different / more open kitchen remodel). * Physical addition extending an existing dining room [structural corner/existing corner of the house], 3+ feet in two directions (outside of the existing footings). This would also require a second story deck to be built to accommodate the change. * Removal/moving of an existing fireplace (insert style). Moving and/replacing of 2 windows. * Modification of the existing stair well (flipping the stair directions & makign them an "open" style [removing a coat closet curren
