Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch

Comment: We want to add a second lower tier deck that attaches to our present deck. The size of the new attached deck would be about 11x15. We would need railings and a couple of stairs to come off of the deck. We would want a gate incorporated on the present deck so that the two area could be closed off;i.e. the new deck is unaccessible when the gate is shut. Also the 2nd deck needs to be able to support a 2 person portable hot tub if we desire to purchase one. We would like to have this project done before spring and the contractor must be bonded and insured and have a business liscence.
