Comment: I have two areas where I would like to install custom bookcases. The first area is in the entrance hall of my home, leading to the family room. There is an alcove approximately 7' wide where I would like to install custom wood bookcases which run the entire length and height of the wall. In an upstairs gameroom, I have an area approximately 16' long where I would like to create a built-in that runs the entire length of the wall and is approximately 3' high so that I can sit a television and other media items on top, with bookshelves beneath. I would like the bookcases to be wood, with a dark stain that matches my kitchen and bath cabinetry.
