Comment: I am own a lot in lower middle class neighborhood. I am looking for a ballpark figure of what it would cost to build a two unit row home on the lot. This is completely in the research phase. The neighborhood has brick buildings. The ballpark should include nice but unexpensive fixtures and ammenities to coincide with the neighborhood. I basically want to know if building would be possible in the near or distant future. Please email me.
