Comment: I have 511 sq ft of existing deck that I would like to replace the decking with a composite material and replace the rails with new composite rails with wrought iron spindles. I also want a price on 175 sq ft of brand new deck built to support a hot tub (7x7) made of the same material mentioned above. What is the price per sq ft of reconstruction and the price per sq ft of new construction. There will be no other work to needed on the existing deck other than replacing the decking and rails. The existing deck is only 1 year old.

Comment: We have a wood deck that needs repair it is approximately 12 feet by 12 feet, we would like to replace the top parts of the deck with either real wood or a synthetic type product. There is a bench that encircles the deck. We would also like a product under the deck that prohibits plant growth and latic around the sides of the deck.
