Comment: I believe I need a clean-out installed, not a new sewer line. Have had roto-rooter twice in 6 days, no charge second time..They say it is roots so install of cleanout and yearly maintenace good. Rental house and I hate disturbing good tenants. Thank you.

Comment: I am installing a new bathroom vanity and sink and the existing plumbing is about 12 inches to the left of where it should be. I need to move the two water valves and the drain so that I can install the new cabinet. I am also interested in replacing the main water shut off as it is old and rusty and will not shut the water off to the house.

Comment: Present water heater is an A.O. Smith 40 gal electroc heater that was installed by the builder 15 years ago. It is leaking and the water is rusty--so I'm assumning that it is ready to go. This heater is 44" tall and is installed in the kitchen closet. There is space for a unit that is up to 60" tall.
