Comment: 720sf unfinshed basement with a one car garage finished into living space with a full bath one bedroom and a study/ office. Handicapped features and a full fence in yard to contain 4 dogs. House is a ranch, looking to complete project by spring, April 10 is our target to move in. House is vacant, mother passed away, we are moving in from our present home in Bristol which we are selling. Need more living and work space for 3 people. Ranch is 767 sf., one car garage is part of basement ,will be converted to living space . A storage building will be erected in the back yard for storage. My mothers belongings will need to be moved out of the basement before work can start. Need Estimates ASAP.
