Comment: I am considering building on farm land in Ladonia, TX. I am interested i building a house with a Basement, or even jsut a house part way in the Ground, plumbing for 3 Full Bathrooms, Metal Roof, and would like to either frame with Cinder Block or Wood, whichever is cheaper. Kitchen, 2 Huge Fireplaces, 1 story, with basement or even just a drop down. Am okay with steel grame buildings. Just looking at getting the most for the money. Nothing fancy Really. Would like ceiling at 10 Feet tall minimum, and 4 Bedrooms, large open Concept preferred. Concrete floors.
