Comment: Would like the home to have 4 bedrooms, 2 full bath one being apart of the master suite. 2 half baths one on each floor if one story only need one 1/2 bath. Two car garage with seperate doors. First floor needs to have master bed/bathroom,Kithchen, Formal dining, living room,laundry room. Second floor needs to have 3 bedrooms 1 full and 1 half bath and if the budget allows a secondary living room/ common space, and an office which can go on either floor. Max Square foot to be 1,700, least being 1,500. If lower than 1,500 square foot turn into a 3 bed/ 2 Full bath single story. Would prefer the exterior of the home to be brick, if the budget does not allow vinyl or whatever is second strongest to brick will suffice.
