Comment: Have a leak beneath the toilet into the basement. No water seeping from beneath toilet and toilet flushes and stops normally. Assume it's a wax ring that needs replacing. Would try myself but not very skilled mechanically. Looking for estimates at this point since it's not an emergency, just an occasionally smelly inconvience
