Comment: our current wooden patio has rotted away and is ready to fall. the main support beam is almost rotted in half and it creaks with the wind. also our built in bbq is old and malfuntioning so we would like to replace that. we would also like to have a material to install misters and a fan as well under the patio. we have landscaped the yard mostly and this is the last eyesore and hazard to repair.
