I don't have a ton of time, so whoever can get down to the bottom line will really get my attention and hopefully my business! Here are the details of my project: - My yard is completely bare - Yard is about 1000 - 2000 sq ft. - Looking to have a grass area about 700 sq feet with sprinkler system. - Looking to plant about 3 citrus tress and 15 decorative succulents. Comment: I need advice on landscaping an area by my side door, advice on what to do around tree(now has stone) someone to check sprinkling system, label what is attached to what, and written instructions on how to set when needed, spring and fall I assume, and set for summer now. I also have a sidewalk section that is a trip hazard due to a section either falling or the other side rising. Also my block walk has separated and advice on what needs to be done to it if anything. Please tell me how much the fee would be for this advice. I want a licensed, bonded, and insured person please and someone who belongs to the better business bureau. I will need this is writing for my HOA.
