Comment: I would like a free standing deck built on a manufactured home. The deck will be 380 sqft, 2 levels. 1st level 16' x 10". 2nd level about a foot lower, 22' x 10'. Would like a composite deck with fiberon IPE or a similar look and color composite material. 58' of railing which can be vinyl sleeves over 4x4 posts with aluminum inserts in the rails. The rails do not have to be composite. One set of stairs with a gate at the top. Yard is pea gravel and has a slight slope, approx 3 feet from the house out to 10'. Please let me know a ballpark figure via email so I can be sure I am ready to have you come out for an official quote. Thank you.
