"Very good in-person consultation, really helped me see what needed to be done, provided great objectivity into the big picture. A bit disappointed at the written report. Much of the detail was pertinent, but it was obvioused a template that was changed to fit with a few details messed up. For example, the report suggested we paint the master bedroom for warmth - it had just been painted. It also suggested we paint the ml bedroom - already done, and that we clean the carpets - brand new."
