"I am generally satisfied with the work...... Steve was great to work with. Work was done in a timely fashion and, for the most part, to the specifications discussed. I would have liked to have had the project manager follow up after completion - There was no communication, other then this rating form, beyond the day the work was finished. I received billing for the remaining payment, then, 2 days later, a letter regarding the services you offer along with a coupon for $100 off any landscape job over $2000 (my project cost $4300) that's tough to hear after the fact. "
