"John, the owner of the companu, arrived on time and work for 2 hours on my furniture. He was very professional throughout the complete time he was in my home. I had to call him back on Monday because the pet urine order still is lingering on the fabric. He was extremely helpful and suggested that I put the furniture out on my screened porch awhere the sun could hit it. This may be a solution to get the smell completely out."

"They were extremely courteous and informative. I added having my dining room chairs cleaned at the end and they did not do as good a job. I am planning on calling them back to redo. Everything else was great. The couches and rugs came out wonderful"
