"My initial request for service work was followed up with an immediate phone call by Map Restoration. We set an appointment for the following morning, and Peter arrived promptly on time, looked over the white microfiber sectional couch, stained by dog/cats/kids (including cat urine!) and quoted me a reasonable fee to clean and deodorize it right then and there. Now the couch looks amazing, and although it's not yet dry, I am sure the smell is gone, too, because he put an additional enzyme solution on it to completely eliminate the odor. He was efficient, polite, and honest. I would highly recommend Map Restoration."
