"Our project was not completed as promised. Rob’s estimate originally figured was to install four steps to our home, we now only have three. The promise for the 4 was to make it easy for my Mom to climb the stairs. We came home and 3 were there . We were not told before the job was complete that four steps could not fit., but we were refunded for the mistake . The complete job had more than a few loose steps and many gaps that had to be fixed/ filled with special sand. The stones are not tight enough together, it is our fault for not looking more into this style stone before putting in new steps. Company was fine."
