"The work crew was very professional during the removal of the old cedar siding and later installation of extra insulation with fiber-cement siding on our home. There were no hidden extras for claimed unforeseen difficulties. Our later request for gutters and downspouts was timely responded to by Dave and that additional work installed within a week. The work site was kept clean during the entire three and one-half (3 ½) week demolition and installation period. Minor punch-list items were taken care of in a timely manner. A double opening shed door still needs to be covered with weatherboard covering, but a manufacturer’s production delay is holding up completion. We believe that once that product is eventually delivered Dave will have the final work completed."
