"I have talked with several contractors over the past two years about installing an emergency generator. WM was the only one who actually investigated the situation properly to learn what none of the other contractors bothered to find out. Because of low natural gas pressure and a prohibition in DC against propane delivery, this project cannot be done. Much appreciated. "
