"Francisco is very professional and hard working. He did a thorough work in cleaning air ducts and vents. It was estimated about 3 hours of work, but turned out the previous owner of house never did cleaning in years. Francisco spent more than 6 hours and had to postpone his next appointment. His charge is fair. For the extra effort of work, he did not charge more than what we initially agreed on. In the end, I paid extra tips for him just by my own satisfaction."

"The workers came on time and respected my property. They explained the process beforehand and did a fair job cleaning the vents and duct. One thing I'm not satisfied was that I was told they would clean the coil and blower but turned out they could only do it indirectly. I don't know how other companies do this when they advertise the service. Next time, I would be very specific, not only ask what services they provide, but also how they do it."
