"Lou was helpful planning the work and came up with a simple, straightforward solution at a reasonable price to fix a previous contractor's major design flaw. He got the tiles and other materials I selected, dealing with wholesalers, saving me time and trouble. He explained everything and consulted on details well. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the work - nicks in some of the reused materials (tub and niche), the edging wasn't as smooth as I would have liked, some uneven spots where the tile wasn't cut exactly - but these things are small and not noticeable in regular daily use. The tiler will improve with experience"
