Comment: we have a one-car garage in DC, I think it's made out of brick or cinderblock, but it's starting to settle toward the alley - a significant crack has appeared up one wall. The building needs some sort of shoring up - but cannot be demolished and rebuilt....it has a corrogated metal roof that possibly needs replacing, and the wood trim all needs help too - oh, and it also needs gutters.
