"Sears did a wonderful job of explaining everything when they came to do the quote. They really took their time with me. I appreciated that. They scheduled the install right away and the people who did the actual install were very professional and wallked me through how everything worked. I was impressed. The first company, came to give me a quote, the gentleman needed to get some information from the electrician to complete the quote and was going to get back to me and I never heard from them again. Sears was on the ball, returned my calls promptly and were very professional and friendly. They have a real good handle on how to provide customer service which is something that has been lacking in today's society."
