"The deck repair was timely and professional. I made an error by not requesting a proposal for the painting of the deck when David made a recommendation for a person to paint the repaired deck. I heard David give a painting figure of $250, but we were charged $550. I completely accept the fact that I did no request a proposal, but I did trust David's recommedation of a painter and the quote that he gave me. I am 61 and could bring my concern to the Attorney General of Pennsylvania. "
