"After meeting with Frank and seeing the huge selection of hardwood that he had to choose from, we decided to go with hardwood instead of laminate. Frank was extremely patient with us and worked hard with us to find the floor we were looking for. Not only did he bring samples, but also planks and boxes of the floors as we narrowed it down to make our final decision. Frank was always very accommodating with our work schedule and met us at times that worked for us. When it came to the actual installation, the crew was right on schedule and finished within the timeline that Frank gave us. We also had some issues with our slab prior to installation and Frank didn't rush us and gave us time to correct the problems and then took a very practical approach with us, balancing the need to do the job right and reducing our risks of future problems but still keeping our budget in mind. Other contractors who had given us quotes had oversold us on this and Frank only recommended what we actually needed. The installation quality was excellent and the price was very reasonable. We had multiple bids and Frank was well under all of them, allowing us to do additional rooms we originally thought we couldn't afford. I would definitely recommend Natural Flooring for a hardwood floor."
