Unfortunately, I had given him the wrong information on the unit, but he was very understanding and worked with me to resolve the issue. "Jack and his crew were very professional and kept their work area clean. Jack described the various HVAC systems and answered my questions without putting any pressure on me to purchase an HVAC unit. The install job took two days because after removing the old furnace, they found out the return duct work and structure was in very bad shape. The had to rebuid the structure from the ground up. The second day, the crew worked late finishing around 6:30pm. "
