"Jack and his crew were very professional and kept their work area clean. Jack described the various HVAC systems and answered my questions without putting any pressure on me to purchase an HVAC unit. The install job took two days because after removing the old furnace, they found out the return duct work and structure was in very bad shape. The had to rebuid the structure from the ground up. The second day, the crew worked late finishing around 6:30pm. "

"They finished the job in one pretty long day for them. We did have to call them back twice when the furnace would not come on but they took care of the problem. It is working fine now.The men worked quickly and quietly not disturbing us at all. Everyone was very nice."

"Said when it would be done and was right on. Next day install after contract. My only problem has been trying to register the system and Mark has done it for me. I am not sure how to get warranty work if for some reason Mark is no longer available. "
