"We were extremely satisfied and Alex did a great job! He actually came a bit before the appointed time, but waited till it was the exact appt time that we had set up. Alex installed what we had agreed upon, under the quoted price, and also installed another piece of hardware that we were unsure would work out, but he did a great job and everything was perfect. He also double and triple checked his work to make sure all was in working order. We couldn't have been more pleased. I have some additional lock work needed in the near future and will definitely be calling Blue Star. "
