"I spoke to Mike on the phone and we determined mine was a tricky project because I have poured concrete walls and that's where my leak was coming from. The rain water poured in around the sewer pipe and he suggested trying to fix it myself first. I followed his instructions and hopefully this took care of my problem, but I won't know until it rains hard. If it doesn't work, I will call Vulcan to repair my wall. The best part was his honesty. He was more interested in helping me than with actually making a sale. For this reason, I will suggest Vulcan to anyone who has a water problem and if I have more problems, I will also call them"

"He assessed my problem and gave me his recommendation. I signed an agreement that night. He called me the next day and arranged a date and time to start the project. His men showed up on time, were extremely polite, clean, neat, respectful. They didn't get annoyed when I asked questions. They told me throughout the day how the job was progressing. When the job was finished you didn't know you had 3 workmen in your house all day. Particularly since they were working in a crawl space all day. Since the job was completed we have had quit a bit of rain and I do not see any puddles in the crawl space and that awful mildew smell is gone!"
