"Fred showed up on time and when expected. I had Fred smooth and paint a rough patch done by an electrician after the instillation of a new circuit breaker panel. Thought the smoothing was just okay. I had the paint and that was done okay. Had a couple of walls in a bedroom that needed patching and painting. The patch seemed fine but he did not match the paint. Had to call him and have him return to match and repaint the areas he had just painted. "

"Overall positive, I showed the estimate price of the other contractors and Alex (one of the owners) mach it, less 50$ so they got the work. The crew show up in time and finished in time and left fairly clean. There were few spots here and there that were not done at art, but given the lowest price I payed I couldn't complain.
