Comment: The original structure is an early 1900's homestead house. It has been added on over the years. Much of the electrical and plumbing has already been updated. The home is in major disrepair but still has some qualities we would like to maintain. We would like to add on a bedroom and bathroom (or cleverly design within the existing boundries) and well as redesign/build a new entrance and kitchen. If there is any money left we would like a surrounding patio and deck off the south facing living room. Also, the home needs a new roof designed to fit the building and an external wall facelift with new windows. We'd like the input of an experienced architect in practical functional designs with 'green' material aspects. <br />Thank you for your assistance. Cynthia
