"I called a number of companies, but nobody impressed me more than Brian of B. Rachlin. He came off as personable and professional on the phone, and certainly did not disappoint when I hired him to do the work. He arrived at my home right on time, advised me and made sure I was comfortable with everything, and did excellent work. I would never have anyone other than Brian do lock work for me, and I thank him for being so great!!"

"Brian respondd to my call immediately, and he would have come sooner if I'd asked, I originally scheduled him for a Friday, but my issue was a domestic issue, and I needed to feel safe. I called and asked if he accepted personal checks, he said yes. I was happy to hear that and scheduled him for Thursday morning, instead. He did me a great service changing all six locks on my doors for a reasonable price. I would call him again and I would recommend him to others. Job well done Brian."
