"They arrived each day on time. In our negotiations we were responsbile for removal of our old tile floor. We encountered a major problem and contacted them about it (on Sunday). The next day, on Monday morning they showed up totally prepared with extra men to deal with it. They were friendly, professional and accomodating regarding our free estimate & while we were negotiating our final costs . They were timely returning my calls.
