"The job was a little delayed because the message between ServiceMagic and Trade-Mark got lost somehow. But once I got back in touch with Trademark, they showed up right when they said they would and finished the job in the amount of time promised--about 1 hour 45 minutes to remove an old electric water heater and install a new one. It is running great--no problems. Also--not mess at the install site in the basement. All cleaned up. Paul at Trademark cleared my drain last summer--a real job as he had to go into our crawlspace and rout out the main drain pipe to get at the clog. So I was happy to see him again on this job."
