"The customer service was very good. The service person did an excellent job. It was clear he knew what he was doing. Their rates are pretty high but they did clearly explain what the labor rate would be and finished the job in the time estimated. I would suggest getting a quote on material fees. You will save a lot of money purchasing the materials yourself as the mark up is incredibly high. I would give 5 stars if it wan't so expensive. "
